PreGel Australia Open Day

Thursday, 7 May, is set to be a big day for PreGel Australia, and you’re all invited to join us at our headquarters for a special Open Day.

 

 

Throughout the day, we’ll be showcasing plenty of fresh ideas to inspire you and new ways to get the most out of our products. You’ll find a variety of soft serve, gelato, and pastry concepts on display, featuring original flavour combinations and recipes. We’ll be highlighting stunning gelato cakes, along with a wide range of delicious applications using our signature fillings and coatings. Plus, don’t miss our dedicated soft serve area, where you can try our most popular toppings and crumbles.

We are also thrilled to host two very special guests who’ll be on hand to answer all your questions. Chef Domenico Croce will be joining us directly from Italy to share global trends to elevate your gelato business, while our resident chef, Francesca Zanchetta, will sharing her latest creations and expertise in gelato and pastry.
