PreGel Australia successfully showcased our dessert ingredient solutions at Fine Food Expo this September – this year in Sydney! As the leading trade event for foodservice in Australia, our visitors were delighted with the latest dessert concepts, live demonstrations and delicious samples!

Our latest addition to our stand this year was our Trends & Concepts section! We offered Thai Rolled Ice Cream and Milkshakes, all using PreGel products to show new ways to expand your product offerings to customers! Visitors were mesmerised by our Thai Rolled Ice Cream, taking photos and videos of our chefs preparing the rolled ice cream in front of their eyes!







With 24 incredible flavours of gelato and sorbetto, our display cabinets drew in the crowds! Our gelato had something for everyone, including vegan, sugar free, and our latest flavours, including Magic Unicorn!








Our pastry chefs put on an amazing pastry display, showcasing the versatility of our pastry products across different desserts such as verrines, waffles, donuts and macarons!








We offered four soft serve flavours at our stand, one of which was our new magic unicorn soft serve! Plus our selection of Arabeschi’s and Toppings, visitors were overwhelmed with exciting flavour combinations!







Our chefs offered daily live demonstrations of the gelato making process, with gelato, sorbetto and vegan options! Visitors were able to enjoy fresh gelato and watch the process from start to finish.
