Dedicated to teaching The Classic Tastes of Italy to Australasia, our International Training Center offers beginner and advanced gelato classes, soft serve classes and various pastry classes. Customised individual programs in cooperation with excellent equipment partners established to sharpen and increase skills in the arts of gelato and pastry production – are specifically designed to provide both classroom learning and hands-on instruction.
